Ugandan president accuses sex as root of African problems

 London: Yoweri Museveni, President of Uganda, believes that the Africans are poor because they are lazy, too fond of sex and they just want multiply and fill the earth.

Various nations have stopped providing aid to Uganda because they have still not given equal rights to the gay community, the Daily Star reported.

Museveni added that it would be sinful to accept the help from other countries if the donors insist on equal gay rights.


However, Britain will provide Uganda with 83 million pounds as charities.
