CONTRACTORS IN IMO STATE PROTEST OVER NON PAYMENT OF JOBS DONE

The protesting contractors said out of 27 local governments where the contracts were awarded for rural roads construction, only few of the contractors have been paid and that the payment was based on favouritism and personal interest.

Imo road contractors are unreliable - Okorocha

   The governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha says road contractors working in the state are not patriotic neither are they reliable.

Youths from Owerri zone, Imo State have told the state governor, Rochas Anayo Okorocha to let the senator representing the zone in the senate, Chris Anyanwu continue to give the people of the zone effective and efficient representation.
