Journalists Barred From Covering Imo Deputy Governor’s 2nd marriage -

The first wife who currently lives in the United States, was said to have separated from Prince Madumere over allegations of Homosexuality involving him and the former transition committee chairman of Njaba LGA of the state.
The marriage produced two children(a boy and a girl).

It was a total blackout for journalists and cameramen who came to cover the traditional marriage between the deputy governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere and his new but second wife, Barr. Miss Adaego Nosiri on Tuesday as they were barred from covering the event.

The event which held at the family house of the Nosiris at Obazu Mbier…i autonomous community in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of the state, saw many invited guests frisked by plain cloth security men who seized their cameras with a stern order for them not to use their camera phones either.
Unlike as it used to be the case with such high profile marriages in the society, no electronic media house nor events magazine was invited to cover the event, despite the number of dignitaries that graced the event.

Even journalists who attended the event were not allowed entrance into the family compound of the deputy governor’s new wife.
This is even as the press secretary to the deputy governor, Uche Onwuchekwa, was seen begging the journalists who came, not to publish anything about the marriage, promising to ‘see’ them in the days ahead, without giving them the reason the event should not be made public.

Also, the sacked aides of Governor Rochas Okorocha, who were at the event and the relatives of the bride and the groom were directed not to grant interviews to any journalists.
247ureports gathered that the reason for the media blackout at the event was to deny the deputy governor’s first wife the knowledge of the new marriage in order to prevent her from stopping the eventual ‘white’ wedding in court.

The marriage produced two children(a boy and a girl) who were happily dancing with their step mother during the event
.
It could be recalled that the deputy governor’s new wife, Adaego, was among the new magistrates appointed recently by the Imo state government. Journalists Barred From Covering Imo Deputy Governor’s 2nd marriage -
