Man meets Buhari after trekking from Lagos to Abuja


The Ibadan-based man, Suleiman Hashimu, spent 18 days trekking from Lagos to Abuja.


The man, who vowed to trek from Lagos to Abuja if General Muhammadu Buhari wins the March 28 Presidential election to celebrate his victory, has finally met the President-elect.

Man Trekking to Honour Jonathan Gets Female Partner


The man trekking from Abuja to Otuoke in honour of president Goodluck Jonathan, Mr. Oladele John Nihi from Kogi state has gotten a female partner in his journey.

The lady identified as Gloria (@Gloria_speaks on twitter) decided to join him at Abaji for the trip and has said she will trek with him to Otuoke.

IS IT OKAY TO EAT WATERMELON SEEDS? For some reason, our mothers liked to tell us that if we ate a watermelon seed, a watermelon would grow in our stomach. I was never sure where that tall tale came from or why parents perpetuated it, but millions of kids grow up in constant fear of watermelon seeds because they don’t want to wake up one morning with a 10-pound fruit germinating in their belly. Of course, this isn’t true.
